The flat "Granaio" consist of one kitchen with sofà-bed, two double-rooms, a bathroom. Its windows overlook, on the one hand, a wonderful panorama of the valley, on the other hand, a square of the Farmhouse. The nicest spot of this apartment is its balcony usable, in Summer, as private solarium or as space for to have dinner in the open air. |

MARIDIANA
The flat "Meridiana" consist of a wide kitchen with sofà bed, a double room, a single room, two bathrooms. It's located on the ground floor, near the swimming pool. Outdoor there is a private green space with garden furniture. |

BELLAVISTA
The flat "Bellavista" consist of a kitchen, two double rooms, a bathroom. Outside there are a veranda with garden furniture (ideal to enjoy the view on the pinewood and on the valley) and a private green space with some deckchairs to relax and to sunbathe. |

TORRE ALTA
This characteristic apartment has been obtained from a building once used to be a tobacco drying place. It is a flat distributed on two floors; on the first floor there are: a kitchen and a wide terrace, on the upper floor there are: two bedrooms and a bath. |

TORRE BASSA
The flat "Torre Bassa" is a bilo located on the ground floor, ideal for couples or families with animals. In Summer, the inside temperature is cool and very confortable. Outdoor there is a gazebo with garden furniture. |

PRIMASTELLA
This apartment is obtained on the first floor of the Farmhouse most ancient building and it used to be the farmer family's house.
The stone walls maintain a nice temperature both in Summer and in Winter. They confer it a suggestive atmosphere. |

CANTAGALLO
The flat "Cantagallo" is the nicest of the Farmhouse! Children love it because it's furnished with objects in the shape of cock or hen. This apartment is obtained on the first floor of the Farmhouse most ancient building. On the ground floor there is a green space with garden furniture. |

MAIA
Our rooms "Maia" are endowed with bath and independent entrace. They are comfortable and cool to rest well in the warm summer days. |

TORRE FORTEBRACCIO
Tower Fortebraccio is an historical abode, farmhouse annex. It's an ancient tower placed in the Fortress of Umbertide dating back to 1400, located in the town centre, 10 km from farmhouse Fattoria del Cerretino (7-8 minutes by car). It 'very romantic and peaceful, ideal as a starting point to visit Umbria. It is placed on ground-to-air and preserves the spiral staircase of 1400. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with fireplace, on the first floor there is a doublebedroom with services, on the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. THE SWIMMINGPOOL
The swimminpool is located in a sunny natural terrace with a unique view on the green umbrian hills. There are a solarium, a boowling green and some games for babies. In the afternoon our guests can relaxing in the shadow of gazebo or pinewood. |

THE TYPICAL INN
Your stay in our Farmhouse it's also an unforgettable gastronomical experience. In the typical Inn we serve a lot of traditional dishes that are not to be found, result of our cooks' inherited know-how and a particular selection of raw materials. We have different proposals of vegetarian menu. |

EDUCATIONAL FARMHOUSE
Fattoria del Cerretino carries out also an educational activity, offering visit tours or daily stays to students groups or to young people groups. The activities offered aim at passing to the visitors that knowledge about nature, cultivation methods and organic farming, on farming traditions in the preparation of typical and local gastronomic products, aiming at arising the interest in farming culture use, promoting the tourism in a rural environment and making young people aware of the environment respect. |

For those who spend a holiday at Cerretino is common meet the forest animals that live in the green of our environment, protected from many dangers. The contact with them is certainly a unique and exciting experience for many of our guests, both old and young! |

Mi affaccio alla finestra e vedo un paesino/ ma non lo è, è il Cerretino!/ Vedo alberi ondeggiare e sento un uccello cantare./ Vedo piante e aiuole/ con cespugli e viole./ Gli appartamenti si chiamano: Granaio/ che era il vecchio salvadanaio,/Torre Alta/ dove il passsero salta,/ Cantagallo/ dove il sole diventa giallo/ e infine Primastella dove ogni donna diventa bella./ Che spettacolo questa Fattoria!/ dove va via la malinconia./ Vorresti rimanere tutta la vita/ in questa pace infinita/ con l'amicizia di istrici e scoiattoli/ al posto dei giocattoli.

An unusual point of view to admire our Farmhouse. The Fattoria del Cerretino is a little village laying on a gentle hill dominating the below valley, in the green vineyards, olive groves, pinewoods and woods surrounding the property. |

CERRETINO'S PATHS
Who loves the walks in the green can venture in the paths that depart from the Agriturismo and they cross the woods that surround it. In the neighbourhood various runs exist for the lovers of trekking. We furnish maps and illustrations on the flora and fauna of this area. |

ASSISI
All those who have the good luck of visiting this splendid town have to agree with who says that the beauty of town goes beyond a short, and necessarily incomplete list of works of art more or less extraordinary, but is however to be found in the atmosphere of places which the story and the faith of the Saint have rendered unique all over the world. |

GUBBIO
Laying on the slopes of Monte Ingino, Gubbio is one of the most ancient towns of Umbria, extremely well preserved during centuries and rich of monuments testifying its glorious past. Two most important manifestations taking place in May we should absolutely mention: the Racing silk of the Crossbow and the Ceri Race.

Perugia dominates Tiber valley from an irregular hill: territory has a peculiar conformation; this is why different urban settlements have been created. Perugia is a very rich town from a cultural and artistic point of view. Nature is beautiful. It is a modern and cosmopolite town thanks to its events that are famous all over the world (Eurochocolate, Umbria Jazz for example) and its University for Foreigners. Perugia is very proud of its story and its monuments; it "likes" being visited and admired in its most hidden corners in which past and present mix creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

SPELLO
A steep slope introduce us to the heart of Spello, an ancient village whose history goes back up to the Roman Age. Two well preserved augustan gate surround the town: Porta Venere, with its towers, Porta Consolare, Porta Urbicale. Anyway the most precious treasure of Spello are the wonderful frescoes of Pinturicchio, in the church of S. Maria Maggiore. For its position, Spello enjoys a beautiful view over the Umbrian plain from Perugia to Spoleto.

UMBERTIDE
Umbertide is a town in northwestern Umbria, at the confluence of the Reggia river and the Tiber. In the city centre there are remains of the medieval walls, a few medieval houses, and part of the Rocca. Its churches house a few paintings by Pomarancio, Luca Signorelli, Pinturicchio. Beyond the city limits, the township's principal monuments are: Etruscan tombs, abbeies, medioval castles and fortresses

CASTLES AND ABBEYS
The "Green Heart of Italy", for a long time contended by all the Italian regions for its enviable position, left us a lot of testimonies of its "struggle for the maintenance". Both in the towns and in the small countries we find many strengthened places that they have been protagonists of historical stories. Fortresses, abbeys, castles builded on the hills and surrounded by walls are witnesses to historical events of important families and saints of this Region. |

MONTONE
As with the major part of the towns in this zone which are not placed along the Tiber valley, Montone was founded on a hill in a beautiful panoramic position between two tributaries of the Tiber river. In the town centre it isn't possible to drive a car so Montone is the realm of silence and quiet. |

MONTE SANTA MARIA TIBERINA
Monte S. Maria Tiberina takes place in a panoramic position which has made it become a popular holiday resort. The town, whose main industry nowadays is agriculture, in former times used to be the strong-hold of the Marquis Del Monte family. The buildings of major interest for the tourist are the Castle, dates back to the 16th century and the church of St. Mary which has given the town its name.

SAN GIUSTINO- CITERNA
Citerna is perched on a hill in an enchanting position with a fantastic view of the entire Upper Tiber Valley: in the last few years it has become a popular holiday resort.
San Giustino is famous for the massive structure of Castello Bufalini, a fortress transformed by Vasari into a sumptuous villa and stately home of family Bufalini. |

SANSEPOLCRO - ANGHIARI
Anghiari is a splendid medieval hill top town situated in the area etched out by the course of the Tiber and Arno rivers.The passage of time has left important signs in the churches and buildings in the historical centre, developing a suggestive urban design, concentrated along the steep 'ruga' which divides the town in two in a unique and unmistakable way. The town of Sansepolcro, grown up around a big Benedictine Abbey, has almost entirely maintained its medieval town plan and over the centuries, it has become further enriched with majestic renaissance and baroque buildings. Birth place to Piero della Francesca, in the Civic Museum, the memory of the master from Sansepolcro is preserved. |
