The prices in the table refer to weekly holydays (from Saturday to Saturday)
For stays shorter than one week we apply the following daily rates per person:
- B&B : € 40 during low and medium season.
- B&B : € 45 during high and very high season, festivities not included.
Children below 3 years do not pay, between 4 and 12 years have 50% discount.
10% discount for Touring Club and Agriturist members.
During the most important festivity periods a minimum stay of 3 nights is requested.
INCLUDED SERVICES:
Rates include beginning and final cleaning, bed linen, towels and table linen (weekly change), consumptions, swimming pool, (opening from May to September), green spaces, mountain bikes, TV room, Internet Connection WI-FI, washing machine (from May to September), the wood for the fireplace.
NOT INCLUDED SERVICES:
- Hourly calculation for heating consumption: € 1,50/hour
- Cot and linen: €10.
- Additional cleaning: €15 per hour.
- Linen change: € 10 per person.
- Pets are allowed: € 20 per week, € 10 for short stays.
- Meals
The Inn is open every day for breakfast and dinner from May to September and during the main festivities. In the other periods it is open during the week-ends upon reservation. There is a different fixed menu which changes every day of the week.
Meals prices:
- Breakfast: € 6
- English breakfast : € 10 (on request)
- Sampling menu: € 30 including beverages
- “Half board” weekly supplement including beverages: € 220 per person.
- “Dinner” weekly supplement including beverages: € 180 per person.
Children below 3 years do not pay, between 4 and 12 years 50% discount.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Check-in: from 15.30hrs to 20.00hrs (please inform in case of delay)
- Check-out : within 10.30hrs (any requests for later check-out to be agreed with the management).
RESERVATIONS:
- To confirm the booking it is necessary to pay an advanced deposit of 30% on the whole stay cost by bank transfer or postal order.
Our confirmation will be sent by e-mail or facsimile.
- In case of booking cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of anticipated departure or in case of booking cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date, it will be charged the total cost of the stay.
- For the balance payment cash, cheques, main credit cards are accepted.
