The Fattoria del Cerretino farmhouse is a little village laying on a gentle hill dominating the below valley, in the green vineyards, olive groves, pinewoods and woods surrounding the property. The three houses constituting the Farmhouse are Umbria typical rural buildings dating back to the XIX Century, once used as houses and farming annexes of the farmers who were living there.

It has been owned by Giannelli family since the ‘40s, they have been restored during the middle of the ‘90s in the full respect of the surrounding environment and Umbria architectonic tradition, obtaining seven apartments and three bedrooms. The beam ceilings, terracotta-tiled floors, restored furniture, stone walls, the fire-places which, whenever possible, have been recovered, offer our guest the emotion of a dip into the past without renouncing to the today comforts, which are able to make a countryside holiday very pleasant too.

Every apartment has different features meeting very well the different needs. All of them are independent, including autonomous heating, kitchen with electric oven, gas cookers, fridge, kitchenware, bathrooms with shower and bed linen, towels and table linen.
